NATURE OF CARROT

The carrot is a root vegetable ,usually orange in colour , through purple ,black,red,white
visible in nature, The plant probably originated in Persia and originally cultivated for its leaves and seeds, The most commonly eaten part of the plant is the taproot , although the green leaves are eaten as well.

It is a biennial plant in the umbellifier family Aplaceae. At first ,it grows a rosette of leaves and then building and enlarged as taproot. Basically fast cultivated in nature and can produce within 3 months.

The root contains high quantities of alpha & beta-carotene and also good source of vitamin k  and vitamin B6, It helps to improves the eye vision.
